Hi again, So I called GAIN and they said I needed to update the software so I did and I have the pre-release version 1470 but I still can't connect. I called them again and they said everything was setup on their end for it to work and they said to contact Sierra again, so I'm attaching another log for your reference. Thanks for the help!
