How do you have the Do Not Output Subgraphs Set to Ignore study input set to with the Spreadsheet study which is outputting the data that you show in the image? What is the Draw Style for those columns being outputted. We need to understand when you updated, what has changed with the particular study that you see as outputted as zeros to those columns.
