Hi John, Hope all is well! I see there was an update made , and now my software is completely gone. Unsure what happened. So i tried reinstalling this AM and it wont allow me (error log attached). Any idea what is going on here. (im also using parallels) thanks Jo |

We really do not know and we can not say what may have occurred. Especially when using Parallels, or any other emulator, as we do not have enough experience with these to be able to help. We have definitely seen the kind of issue you are having with the path in the installer, as there is something about the emulator that is causing an issue with the path. The solution is to use the Zip installer instead. Hi Team, I hope your year is off to a great start. Thank you for all the hardwork and allowing such an awesome platform to be available. Was curious if I can trade in a house account on behalf of sub-accounts, i've been reading up about it more on the forum and see its possible. But I havent found anyone that does it yet. The setup would be similar to a prime brokerage custodial account. Example managing 10 accounts with 10k cash each and being able to leverage the full 100k in one account daily and worrying about allocation at the end of day. When placing a trade the risk and dollar amount would allocate evenly across the 10 sub accounts. Does SC support this functionality. Thanks Jo |

Hi team, my limit orders arent geting filled and my clock on sierra chart is off by 10 mins. spoke with the broker everything is fine on their end and my connection is green on sierra chart. I even disconnect then reconnected yet Im still getting a delay. Does anyone have an idea what I can do here? thanks J |

The exchange you had active in April did not renew on May 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal. Therefore, you are getting the delayed streaming data. Hi Team, Happy new year. I recently had to update brokerage account numbers (still using same broker). So i closed my old account and opened a new one, still using teton. Yet when I send an order its still registering to the old stale account (so the order is getting rejected). How do I map the connection to the new brokerage account. Best Jomar |

If you are using Teton, then this is not something you do. Your broker needs to take care of this for you. Talk to them and be sure they update the account.

Regarding the first post, the problem is the installation path was wrong. It is not a valid path.
