The sub instance might potentially be the problem. If you had set a maximum number of market depth levels globally in the sub instance, that is not properly managed. We would not expect it to result in something like this but what precisely the problem is in your case is not well understood at this point.

Make sure this setting is 0 in the sub instance:

I can confirm the depth is set to zero in the sub instance

We have been able to reproduce the problem you are seeing, but only in a Secondary Instance of Sierra Chart when using the Delayed Streaming Data from the CME. Can you please confirm that this is the setup that you have when you are having this problem?
