The exchange has been reactivated. You should be receiving your real-time data for the US Equities in a couple of minutes. If you do not see the data streaming after 3 minutes, then exit Sierra Chart and start again to ensure that the system gets the updated information.

Hello John, I am trying to roll back to an older version and I have followed the steps, but the system does not show me the different version numbers that I could roll back to .. The documentation is also empty.. Can someone help me with the prior version numbers

Folks, I have followed the steps to setup the alerts, however the alerts do not trigger when the price crosses the alert line. Can someone please call me for a few min to help.. this is very important for me. I can pay for the call time.

Hi John, for people trading stocks in Sierra, how can one switch to multiple other stocks, and once switched I have fresh chartbook and when I switch back to the older stock it still retains the older drawings..

You should not be having any issues at this time, as you have activated the exchange properly. Although it should not have changed, please ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled on the Data/Trade Service Settings window (File >> Data/Trade Service Settings). Let us know if you are still not getting live data for the U.S. Equities after that.
