You should not be having any issues at this time, as you have activated the exchange properly. Although it should not have changed, please ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled on the Data/Trade Service Settings window (File >> Data/Trade Service Settings). Let us know if you are still not getting live data for the U.S. Equities after that.
