The definition for that item is here:
Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars Calculated Values Subgraph Descriptions

As defined in the calculation, this is the traded information and has nothing to do with market depth.

There are two possibilities:
1) If you are "backtesting" then the point is to backtest an automated strategy. As such, you should be getting orders opened based on your automated strategy.

2) When you run a "Replay", you are asked if you want to clear the trading data for that Simulation account and symbol. If you do NOT clear that data, then as you run the replay, you will see the position opened and closed based on the time that those items actually occurred.

Am having a hard time constantly scrolling on the chart when new bars come up is there anyway to automatically make the chart move when new bars come up ?

As long as the most current bar is visible in the chart, then as new bars are added they will be displayed on the right side and the rest of the bars moved to the left. So there is nothing special you need to do for this to occur.

But, if you do not have the most current bar visible, then the chart will not adjust. It is assumed that you scrolled back for some reason, so it leaves you at that view. You can always hit the "End" key on your keyboard to move the chart so that the most current bar is visible.
