Question on Order Allocation to Trade Account

i was able to set up the copier on the dom -- so if i execute a trade of the dom which is a "chart" - the copy executes. but when i trade off the ACTUAL chart -- the copies dont. Is there a way to make that happen of the ACTUAL chart -- not just the dom ? because from my understanding. the copier is chart based.
