Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am currently experiencing an issue where I can only open positions on my live trading account during the US session. Outside of those hours, I am unable to place trades. Interestingly, when I switch to a demo account, I am able to open positions at any time without any restrictions. Could you please let me know if there are known causes for this behavior, or if there are any settings I can adjust to restore full trading availability? To help with your diagnosis, here are a few technical details: Broker/Data Feed: AMP Futures / Teton CME Routing Sierra Chart Version: 2755 64-bit Connection Type: Live account Time of issue: Look at the time from the Message Log Error messages: None visible in the Message Log. Outside of those hours, I am unable to place trades. We do not know why this is the case. Maybe there is an order rejection. Probably because there is insufficient margin because the clearing firms are increasing margin outside of regular trading hours. This is the most likely explanation.
