Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently experiencing an issue where I can only open positions on my live trading account during the US session.
Outside of those hours, I am unable to place trades.
Interestingly, when I switch to a demo account, I am able to open positions at any time without any restrictions.

Could you please let me know if there are known causes for this behavior, or if there are any settings I can adjust to restore full trading availability?

To help with your diagnosis, here are a few technical details:

Broker/Data Feed: AMP Futures / Teton CME Routing
Sierra Chart Version: 2755 64-bit
Connection Type: Live account
Time of issue: Look at the time from the Message Log
Error messages: None visible in the Message Log.
Operating System: macOS, using CrossOver


Message Log: At this time, i’ll opened a position.
