Hi, An Exchange Not Authorized Message is persisting. I've disconnected and reconnected to the datafeed and the message still persists. I'm connected to the datafeed but there is no data. Can someone advise? Thanks |

Hi, I am experiencing the same issues - orange textbox popping up with "Exchange Not Authorized" When I hit Disconnect --> Connect to data feed I still get the message but it eventually disappears. Nevertheless, only intraday charts get updated, all the historical daily charts are stuck at prices from earlier this morning. Edit: Intraday charts are stuck as well. User579155: You have the same problem as the other two people that posted. The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on May 1, 2025. In your particular case, this was due to your account being expired at the time of renewal. You re-activated your package, but you also need to re-activate the exchange you had active.
