Hello - I am trying to sign the uniform subscriber addendum for real time data and its asking me for Trading Account Number, and Clearing Firm info. I'm not sure what these are, and if I have these where would i find this information? Thanks!

If you want to get realtime data you need a live-account and this account has an account-number and a clearing-firm

As User135243 states, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges The Clearing Firm and Account Number are the ones for your live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm them enter your brokerage name. My friend used my live trading account details once to sign Uniform Subscriber Agreement (USA). Can i use the same details again or USA doesn’t approve same account signing multiple times?

You can use the same details again in the agreements. The check to ensure that the account is valid and you have access to it is done by having you connect your Sierra Chart software to that account.
