Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you're doing well. I am currently subscribed to Service Package 11 - Integrated Advanced, which includes the Denali Feed for Top of Book CME Futures. I am considering adding the Teton Order Routing feature to my setup and would like to inquire about how to make this happen. I am with IBKR as my broker. In terms of costs, would IBKR inform me of the additional CME exchange fees per contract that I need to pay, or do I ask you for this information? Are there any additional requirements or considerations for using this feature? Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response. Best Regards, Mark Iob |

Unfortunately, Interactive Brokers does not support the Teton Order Routing service. If you want to use Teton, you would need to change the broker you are using. Refer to the list of brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for Teton at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions We are not sure what you are asking in terms of the "CME exchange fees per contract". You are already paying for the CME exchange data from us. Therefore you would not need to get that data from elsewhere. If you are referring to trading fees (commissions, etc.) then you need to check that with your broker, they charge these fees. The one item we want to point out is that our Teton Order Routing service does not have any fees itself - most have a $0.10 fee per side for orders. This shows as one of the many fees associated with your trades from your broker. With Teton, this fee will be zero or not showing (although in one broker's case there is an item that looks like it is related to this, but it is something different). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
