Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you're doing well. I am currently subscribed to Service Package 11 - Integrated Advanced, which includes the Denali Feed for Top of Book CME Futures. I am considering adding the Teton Order Routing feature to my setup and would like to inquire about how to make this happen. I am with IBKR as my broker. In terms of costs, would IBKR inform me of the additional CME exchange fees per contract that I need to pay, or do I ask you for this information?
