Hello, I am currently running the demo and last week I was able to load symbols and charts fine. I am currently trying to look up the symbol ESM25-CME. I am able to find it and click on "open historical chart", "open intraday chart", and "open trading DOM" but nothing but blank windows open. Because it's not loading anything I'm clicking on "File" at the top left of the screen and clicking on the "data/trade service settings" It's currently set to "SC data" which I think is right since it's defaulted here. Am I doing something wrong in the process of loading the symbol charts? Thanks in advance for your response. |

Interesting that you could use ES on your trail, because this symbol is not part of the trail symbols, if I remember correct the YM is part of it, but support-team will have to correct answer.

User135243 you may be right. When I open the video tutorial it shows a demonstration of opening the EURUSD. When I try to open that one it opens fine. But opening the index futures contracts such as the ESM25 or MNQM25 no data or chart will populate. I'm thinking these symbols are not allowed on the demo. Thank you for your response. I will wait for tech support response as well.
