Historical Data Downloading Status Notification on Charts Never Stops

I have these notifications on my charts that say my historical data is waiting, then waiting, then complete. The boxes keep popping up in my charts continuously without ever ending. They pop up in green, yellow, and blue boxes. What is causing it and how do I fix it? I have attached screen shots as well. Thank you.
