HI
I CANT CONENCT TO MY TRADE FOR TWO DAYS NOWVIA SIERRA CHART. I GET AN ANNOUNCMENT: "///LOGON ERROR RECIEVED FROM SERVER - PREMMISION DENIED ..."
I SENT A SOPURT REQUEST TO RITHMIC AND THE ANSWER WAS THAT THE PROBLEM IS AT SIERRA SERVERS AND NOT AT RITHMIC :

"...2. Open a support case with Sierra Charts. If they believe it is a Rithmic problem, they can open a technical support case with
rapi@rithmic.com "

PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THAT PROBLEM

Dear Sierra support Team
it is the 3rd day that i cant use my trade with Sierra duw to a conection failiure.
this is a bad situation for me, and i gey no replay from you ....
i "m asking you to solve that problem as soon as posible and i"m asking to get a refound for those 3 days that i couldnt use the system

ok , so as your client - what i should do now , when Rithmic say it not their problem and Sierra say the same ? TO BE STUCK IN THE MIDLLE, without any solution for me ? so i cant use the Sierra any more for teading ? and for what i"m paying Sierra if i cant use it ?

What you should do now is ask us for a refund, realize that Rithmic is unacceptable and incompetent as well as your broker. Let us know and we will issue you a refund.

If your broker and Rithmic cannot help you, we cannot help you either.

Also, whoever your broker is, you really need to put pressure on them and have them get this problem resolved. It is their responsibility. It is fully their responsibility.

They should help you with the Rithmic permission denied error.

And we will give you an additional 10 days of usage time. Just let us know when the connection problem is resolved at that time.
