It is not about the time zone, but your computer's clock. How much of a delay are you seeing? We see what looks like a two minute delay from the chart image. Is that actually what it is?

Yes. It looks like a 2min delay is correct. 2minutes from my computers time.

If that is really what it is and the computer's clock is accurate, then you have very poor bandwidth with your Internet connection. This is unusual to see that kind of a delay. I have very fast internet. I tried the 'sync now' in windows and I think it worked. I will respond if there is an issue.
