I am getting the 'delayed' feed on the top of my chart. All of my packages are paid up to date. Why is this not live?

It is not about the time zone, but your computer's clock. Make sure it is set accurately:
Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating

How much of a delay are you seeing? We see what looks like a two minute delay from the chart image. Is that actually what it is?

Yes. It looks like a 2min delay is correct. 2minutes from my computers time.

If that is really what it is and the computer's clock is accurate, then you have very poor bandwidth with your Internet connection. This is unusual to see that kind of a delay. Usually that is something that would be seen like on a satellite connection.

I have very fast internet. I tried the 'sync now' in windows and I think it worked. I will respond if there is an issue.
