Connection issues

I am using Rithmic for my trading service and the Denali data. This morning as I was trading I could see my trades running but could not change anything and the data showing was very limited. I was able to get into Rithmic to close my trades, but now I cannot connect to anything. Rithmic does not appear to be down and the denali feed is not going either. I have tried to change just to the SC data feed or the teton routing and they show no data. I have 3 different props running on rithmic and none of them are connecting to rithmic or denali. I did not change anything as this started in the middle of a trade. Any help would be appreciated.

Rithmic is having issues with their Chicago-area servers. Others have stated that connecting to a non-Chicago area server has worked for them (Sao Paulo in particular was mentioned as working)

That did work thank you. Shouldn't the Denali feed still work for showing data if Rithmic isn't?

This is not how Sierra Chart is setup. If the connection to the trading service is not working, then the data will not work. If you want to get the data without connecting to your trading service when there is a problem like this, then you need to change the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data". Just remember to change it back when the trading service is working again.
