This is not how Sierra Chart is setup. If the connection to the trading service is not working, then the data will not work.

If you want to get the data without connecting to your trading service when there is a problem like this, then you need to change the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data".

Just remember to change it back when the trading service is working again.
