Question on trade execution

Hi,

May I ask for your advice regardint ES and MES trading, because I've got situations like one today, that I was able to execute one MES order, but not allowed to execute another orders, because they don't fill. After a day or two I'm able to execute again.
I'm able to put order on the DOM, but when price comes to that place and starts interact with order on that price, nothing happens,

Please, can you advice how to reset the DOM or I have to do something else to solve this thing. it happened with russel and other indices as well

When you have a situation like this, then look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log". There should be a rejection message in there as to why the order was not processed.
