Historical bars not loading / volume not displaying

Hi. I've attached two images of the volume profile drawing. Currently, my intraday chart bars only load back to 7/21/24. These are 24 hour bars, not daily bars. The second image is with daily bars, they only load back to 7/23/24. I don't know why there is a two day difference. As you can see, it looks like the intraday volume data is not present on the 24 hour bar chart. The daily chart shows some aggregated volume. I am currently on my free trial.

For accurate volume profiles only use Intraday charts. To load more data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data However, there are limitations on the amount of data you can load in a chart during a trial. Thanks. I have already read that page and taken the steps prescribed. My chart will not load past the dates in the pictures. Can you confirm that it is because I am on a free trial? Or is there another problem? I am not seeing any information in the documentation that details how much data is included in the free trial, or how far back it goes. I see it listed at 186 days of aggregated data and 10 days of intra-day data, but that does not seem to be true. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-25 23:27:32
