Sierra chart is not clickable after the latest update.

Sierra chart opens as usual, but is completely useless since it's unresponding and nothing is clickable. The grpahs and windows work correctly, but the'ye unresponsive to any input (mouse, keyboard). Was working fine until I updated to latest version, and after this newer version opened the problem started. I reinstalled the version I had before and still didn't work, and then tried restoring the global configuration files I had yesterday (sierra4.config and accounts4.config) without any success. Please help |

I have this same problem. Updated to latest version and cannot click on anything. Title bars ghosted. Restarting computer and booting SC in safe mode doesn't help. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EDIT: This worked for me, rolling back to 2700 Go to the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to on your system. And run this file: SierraChartFileDownloader.exe The installer program will be run. In the Version box set it to "Specific Version". In the Specific Version box enter 2700. Press the Install button. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-12-03 17:09:50

I have the same problem. But going back to version 2700 does not solve the issue. In the near future you have to upgrade and this problem will still be there.

The performances issue is not with version 2700, it is with the versions above 2700.

Yes, to confirm, I just updated to 2716 and my charts are frozen, can't click on anything. Have to end task in task manager to close.

I also updated to version 2716 and I also have frozen graphics. But on the 2nd instance it works. I now have the main instance with version 2699 and the 2nd instance with version 2716. This is weird! |

Update to version 2719. In that version by default the Windows-based timers will be used if you are having any issues with Sierra Chart timers.
