Sierra chart opens as usual, but is completely useless since it's unresponding and nothing is clickable. The grpahs and windows work correctly, but the'ye unresponsive to any input (mouse, keyboard). Was working fine until I updated to latest version, and after this newer version opened the problem started. I reinstalled the version I had before and still didn't work, and then tried restoring the global configuration files I had yesterday (sierra4.config and accounts4.config) without any success. Please help |
