I downloaded the latest version and installed today, It locks up when you click on an chartbook nothing happens for about 1 to 2 minutes. If you try to drag a chart to enlarge or shrink it takes a min to two to move, then if you click on any menu items nothing happens, and you have to go to task manager to close program. If you open a 2nd instance on another monitor, before the first one locks up, the 2nd instance seems to work ok after the 1st on locks up. I went back to Version 2671 and everything is good. Thanks |

We believe this is all related to the changes we made to the timers. Please update to the latest release (2713) and start Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and open your Chartbooks. This will set the Chart Update Interval to 750 ms. You can then adjust down from there until you have the best performance versus responsiveness you are wanting.
