We believe this is all related to the changes we made to the timers. Please update to the latest release (2713) and start Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and open your Chartbooks. This will set the Chart Update Interval to 750 ms. You can then adjust down from there until you have the best performance versus responsiveness you are wanting.
