How do I insert candles into the black background chart, as in the light background chart?

You need to use the "Study/Price Overlay" and overlay the <Main Price Graph> of that chart onto it. This will show the candles as they are setup for that chart on top of the Numbers Bars. You will most likely need to change the underlying bars to be relatively skinny. Refer to the following for this: Graphics Settings: Candlestick Width % (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The best way I've found to get that chart is to use two Numbers Bars Studies and the Bar Overlay. You also have to set the Chart > Graphic Settings > Other > Candlestick Width to 20% or less. In the Numbers Bars studies at the very bottom of the settings is spacing. You have to tweak those to get it to look right. Here's a chartbook, tweak the symbol and settings to get what you need.
