The best way I've found to get that chart is to use two Numbers Bars Studies and the Bar Overlay. You also have to set the Chart > Graphic Settings > Other > Candlestick Width to 20% or less. In the Numbers Bars studies at the very bottom of the settings is spacing. You have to tweak those to get it to look right. Here's a chartbook, tweak the symbol and settings to get what you need.
