Issues with installing Sierra Chart after downloading

Hi,

Hi, I was able to install the Sierra Chart.
However, i observed the followings:

1. Four charts without volume profile (See attached).
2. Four corresponding charts without DOM (See attached).

Note, that the four charts are already customized.
I would appreciate your help.

I have performed the task "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover". I left the information on the window that came up as it is.
However, nothing changed. I have provided more attachments to provide you with more information.
Kindly be of help to sort this issue.

You are on a Trial -- during your trial there are certain symbols which you can use. They are listed here:
Sierra Chart Trial Account: Introduction

Those symbols will work. For full access to all symbols, you need a paid account at this point in time.


Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password if necessary.

2. Choose the particular Service Package and the number of Months that you want and press the "Update/Set" button. If you are on a Trial, you will first need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the chosen Service Package/Months. In this case, refer to the step below. Once that is done you can then choose the Service Package and number of Months.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
