Hello, One of my charts within a chartbook is just not loading properly at all. My studies, drawings or anything on that particular chart is loading correctly. The other charts within the chartbook seem to be fine. When I open Sierra on my laptop everything is fine including the chart that I'm having issues with on my desktop. Image attached. Please advise. thank you. |

We do not understand what the problem is from this chart image. We have no idea what it is you want to present to us.

None of the studies that I have on the chart are working. I have volume profile, 15 min ORB and the candles in which detects delta dominance. If you look at the image the candles are all grey. I'm not sure what happened.

We have no idea, what you want to do and what is normal or not. It does not mean anything to us if the candlesticks are gray. This must be how you configured them. Our recommendation is create a new chart to do what you want. There is no way we can tell any problem or not, from that chart image. To us it just looks like what you have configured and intended. Also that chart image does not meet our specifications: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Just creating another chart is not going to magically solve the issues of all the studies that I have on the current chart not appearing. I don't know why you are having a hard time understanding what I'm saying. One minute everything is fine and studies are visible and the next they are all missing without any error messages. Also the chart is freezing and running slow. If you can't provide any assistance or any type of diagnosis that's fine.

It impossible for us to know what is normal because we do not know, what it should look like in the case of that. And our recommendation is to create a new chart. This chart you will close and not use again: Just creating another chart is not going to magically solve the issues of all the studies that I have on the current chart not appearing.
Also the chart is freezing and running slow.
