We have no idea, what you want to do and what is normal or not. It does not mean anything to us if the candlesticks are gray. This must be how you configured them. Our recommendation is create a new chart to do what you want. There is no way we can tell any problem or not, from that chart image. To us it just looks like what you have configured and intended.
