Good morning, I am not able to record trades and have them appear in the Trade Activity Log. In the chart if the entry and exit positions are marked, however, in the Trade Activity Log they do not appear. I have checked the configuration of TAL to see if there was any filter, but no. I can't see them. What's more, before it did register the trades and since a couple of weeks ago, it did not. |

The symbol you have listed (ESZ24-CME) is the symbol when connected to "SC Data - All Services". Our servers are showing that you are connected to the "Teton CME Order Routing" which would have the symbol ESZ24_FUT_CME. So make sure you have the correct symbol listed for what you are trying to find. Also, you have listed that you want Simulated trades only. This is fine if this is what you want. We just want to ensure that you are aware of this, as if you are wanting the live trades, then you would need to change the "Simulation State" filter.
