The symbol you have listed (ESZ24-CME) is the symbol when connected to "SC Data - All Services". Our servers are showing that you are connected to the "Teton CME Order Routing" which would have the symbol ESZ24_FUT_CME. So make sure you have the correct symbol listed for what you are trying to find. Also, you have listed that you want Simulated trades only. This is fine if this is what you want.
