Unable to Connect to Rithmic Prop Firm

I'm having trouble connecting to my Rithmic prop firm account (flexytrade). I've done this before with Apex and it went smoothly. Under Server List I dont have any options in the dropdown menu anymore. How do I fix this?

Hello John, I was able to figure out the server. It was the first option. Now my issue is that I can't place any trade and I dont know why. I've attached my Trade Service Log Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-11-08 03:47:06

According to your log, you have the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled, but you have your live account selected. Therefore the system will not put in a simulated order since the account is wrong. On the other hand, if you want to submit your order through Rithmic, then you need to turn off the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On".
