Hi, I have a problem with my TPO chart, I can't update my data by session. In fact, my TPO Chart starts when I log on, so for example I log on at 2pm, the first letter A starts at 2pm, if I start at 9 am, my graph starts at 9am, regardless the session times specified in chart settings and some days don't appear at all. (same with the volume profile) This problem appeared this week when I changed my data provider to Rithmic. Can anyone help me ? Many thanks. |

This is because you are using Rithmic data and you are not getting the historical data. Therefore the earliest data that is available is from when you get onto the system. The solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed, where you will have access to the historical data.
