I have asked this before but I couldn't articulate precisely what I wanted, but I'll try this time.

1. In the attached screenshot is my Footprint chart. I want my delta values (bottom of bar) to be colored according to a range in decreasing brightness. The ranges are 300+, 300-200, 200-150, 150-80, 75 and below.

2. To visual display the same info above is it possible to have volume circles that match the ranges stated above based on circle size and/or color?

1. To do this, you would need multiple copies of the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study, one for each coloring you want. Refer to the following, noting the section on "Coloring Subgraphs of Other Studies":
Color Bar Based on Alert Condition

2. We are not exactly sure what you are wanting here, but to get a circle drawn above the high at different sizes, you would again use multiple copies of the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" and you can set the Draw Style for the Color Bar subgraph to be "Point on High" and then have specific sizes set for each copy. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Point On High (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_POINT_ON_HIGH)
