hi i have been trying since wednesday to fix sierra chart because in the volume it says 0 again and the price is stuck. but i noticed this is happening every time i switch from live to delayed data and after one week its normal back again why this is happening? also what happens with the loosing trading days due to this? please let me know |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". its not this because i already translated it to the symbol connected disconnected many times the data and out of the blue they are normal today but i lost 6 days from my package can you please restore them to my active account?
