Hi, I am set up for auto, but my payment was not deducted. I tried to do a manual payment, but was unsuccessful. Thank you for your help. |

What is the payment method you used for the manual payment and was there any error message displayed and if so what was it? At the moment your account is fine. You have 32 days of usage time and the CME exchange is active. We do see a successful payment through Stripe today. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Good morning, I still have a 10 min delay. I don't see what I am missing. I did the re-activations and reset. My Message log says, "Real-time data is enabled", but still have delay. Thanks. |

The statement in your log for "Enabled For: Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed" means that you are on one of the Integrated packages. It does not mean that you have any exchanges active. If you did, you would see the specific exchanges that you have active in the log. The reason you are not getting real-time data, is that you do not have any exchanges active. It looks like the exchange you had active did not renew on September 1, 2024. You can activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
