I have used sierra charts on and off for a number of years. I went with package 5 bc that is what I have always used. I can't connect CQG to package 5 and need package 11. When i go to upgrade pack 5 to package 11 it says, I have 0 credits, bc i just purchased package 5 and I need package 11. I dont want to pay 46 when i have already paid 36 but selected the wrong package. I dont mind paying the additional $10. Please advise.

I have signed all the agreements (I think), I have successfully connected CQG to Sierra. I have package 11 now, do I need to purchase cme data from Denali to be able to get live and historical data for ES e-mini and NQ e-mini? Of does that comes with package 11. I am really stuck on this and I am using chat gpt premium and reading the documentations. I need assistance please. Thank you.

Yes, you need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data for the CME Group.
