F6>>Settings>>Subgraphs>>Draw Style and change Span A to Fill Rect Top and Span B to Fill Rect Bottom.

You can also tick the box 'Draw Study Underneath Main Price Graph' on the Settings and Inputs tab for each study that needs it.
