How can i keep windows without banner

I have attached an image to this support request. I want to keep my windows, even when selected, like the right window. Without the top header. I am trading between 2 different windows and it constantly requires me to click the window to activate then click the order i want. I would prefer a setting where i can just click the order on the window without having to click the window to activate first.

You can remove the title bar from a chart: Chart Menu: Show Title Bar (Chart menu) However, you can left click anywhere within a chart window to activate it. Is there a way to keep the title bar hidden, even when the window is activated ? The image i provided shows that i already have the title bar hidden but it only works on windows that are not active, as soon as i click the window the title bar comes back.
