Colour Background Based on Alert Condition and Cumulative Delta Bars

I have the Colour Background Based on Alert Condition set to region 2 which is on the Cumulative Delta Bars. However, I subsequently lose the Value Scale. You can see I have I have line set to 0 but it doesnt come up correctly. I added in the Study Settings as well.
