Can't delete chart menu data

For the life of me, I cannot find the links to delete the chart menu data that runs along the top edge of chart (pls see pic) Thx

Some of that is controlled by the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) The other part of it is the display of the information for studies that are in that region.
