Importing chartbook during free trial

Hi, I imported a chartbook and opened it, but the chart is blank. Is this because the free trial does not support this or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

There are a few items at work here. First, your trial has not been activated, therefore you are limited in the symbols that you can use. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account: Introduction The other item is that the Chartbook may be setup to use a different symbology than what you are setup for. To remedy this, open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
