Hello support, i see in Market Stats new Symbols as ABVDIFF-NASDAQ ,ABVDIFF-NYSE but when i try to open them then there isn't the chart. Why ? |

This is now released. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. These new symbols were a suggestion from a user and they sounded interesting to have but we are not really sure how helpful they are. I am having trouble downloading ABVDIFF-* data prior to 2023-07-31 (both historical and intraday). I am not having this problem with other Market Stats data. Is this due to a lack of data availability prior to this date on the server, or am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to access data going back to Jan 2022? Thanks! |
