I am only having this problem with stocks. Futures have always worked just fine.

I have my timezone set globally and have tried manually changing in each chart to CST. The session times are still showing an hour ahead (EST).

I can manually change the session times in each chart or change them for each symbol. Is there any way to fix this for all symbols?

Thanks

We are not able to reproduce this.

What is one symbol for which you are having this issue - we need the exact symbol as it is entered on your chart?

What is the Global Time Zone set to?

Global time zone is set to CST.

This happens every time I open a new chart for any "stock-ticker"-NQTV symbol. I have tried dozens (MSFT, NVDA, TSLA....)

Sorry, you have us a bit confused. If the Global Time Zone is CST, then when you open a chart, are the Session Times not correct?

Is there is some reason you are changing the Chart Time Zone to be different from the Global Time zone?

The problem seems to be that the session times are just an hour off. Sorry, I didn't think to check this before. It has session time starting at 09:30:00 for CST, 10:30 for EST, ect... for all stocks. This is an hour off.

To clarify what I was saying above. I tried to manually override to Global Time Zone settings in each chart to CST just to see if that would fix the problem, but it still had the time start at 09:30:00 and not 08:30:00.

The default symbol settings are for 09:30 Eastern US time for the Starting Time. Therefore, when you open a new chart for a symbol with the Global Time Zone of Central US, the starting time will be set to 08:30.

If this is not happening for you, then the two items we can think of are either:
- You are copying a chart that has the 09:30 start time rather then opening a new one and you have the option to not update Symbol Settings when you change the symbol for a chart.

- The symbol settings have been changed for the stock symbols such that either the Time Zone or the Start Time are not the default of Eastern US and 09:30. Note that for the symbol settings, the symbol it uses looks like ??? or ???? (depending on how many characters are in the symbol).
