I am not able to download the historical data for SIMEX Iron ore data I have attached the screenshot of the log can you please explain why am I not able to access the data

We do not have data for SIMEX, so if your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services" you will not get any data. If you have a trading account, then you should see if you can get the data from them. Otherwise, we would recommend checking with DTN IQ Feed to see if they have this data. Sierra Chart definitely has historical end of day data for this exchange. It is available as you can see. The issue is that you want a continuous contract chart and we had to set up rollover rules for this symbol which is now done.
