My Sierra Footprint charts wont load upon opening Sierra and I am getting the message across products "caught in an unhandled exception."

Disable the use of OpenGL if you are using that: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) And restart Sierra Chart.
