Unirenko Chart loads slow

Hello. Just switched to Sierra. I'm using a unirenko chart, and when I switch to another account it takes 60secs plus to load. I was able to switch from acct to acct on NinjaTrader seamlessly. Is this normal in Sierra? Any advice? Thanks in advance. |

There are a lot of factors involved in how long it will take to load a chart, so 60s is possible. But we do not understand the statement of "when I switch to another account". The charts should not reload when you switch accounts, or are you changing your Data/Trade Service Settings? @john - To clarify....I have multiple accounts with a prop firm. If I switch from Acct1 to Acct2, the unirenko chart takes 60 seconds plus to load. It "reloads" the data. I am not changing my Data/Trade Service settings. |

Are you just selecting a different account on the Trade Window? Where are you changing the account?

This is not normal. The problem would relate to the chart and the time to calculate the studies within it.
