Hi, Support, I always pay with PayPal for your service and with no problem until last time. When I tried to pay with PayPal I got message from PayPal that my card had been preauthorized, but actually money hasn't been transferred to my sierra account. I also hasn't received any info of successfull payment on sierra payment site. Please, help. Thank you.

The last payment we received from you was on January 16, 2023. You would have to check with PayPal as to what is occurring. We do not do a PreAuthorization - we just charge the card when you enter the information.
